Lifestyle newborn sessions typically take place during your baby's first 14 days of life, preferably within 5-10 days old. Newborns this young are more likely to remain sleepy for the duration of the session. They are much more tolerant of being moved around than a 3-4 week old baby. If your baby is older than 2 weeks old, don't worry! We can still capture many beautiful photos! During the session we will have plenty of time for feedings, calming baby. You do not need to stress about the time it takes to capture your images!

WHERE DOES THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?
Your session will be done in the comfort of your home! Don't worry about the cleaning since we will only be in about 3 main areas. The rest can wait! Just open up the curtains/blinds and let in as much natural light as possible.
WHAT SHOULD we WEAR FOR our SHOOT?
Keep it simple & comfortable. I always encourage neutral colors. Casual clothes and & bare feet look most natural in a home setting. For baby, a swaddle or wrap if usually all that's needed or a simple neutral outfit that is not too bulky.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK our SESSION?
Ideally, you should book while you are still pregnant. This will help ensure I am available & you can reserve your date on my calendar.
HOW DO WE SCHEDULE THE SESSION?
Your due date is what I set on my calendar. Of course babies birthdate is unpredictable. I use your EDD as a time frame for when I can expect your session to be around. Once baby is born, reach out and let me know ASAP & we will find a day that ultimately YOU are feeling well & ready!
DO YOU DO SKIN RETOUCHING?
YES! I have never done a newborn session that does not require skin retouching. Almost all babies have some form of baby acne & discoloration that I will clean up & edit for you!
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
In my contract it states that you may receive your images 2-3 weeks after your session however, I try my best to deliver them as fast as I can to my clients. I also can send a few highlght images while you wait for your entire gallery so you may share with family & friends or even for your birth announcement!
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?
I accept payments through my online booking site. Payments are processed through STRIPE.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
YES! Typically to book, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due to hold your date on my calendar. The remaining balance is not due until before your session date. I have no problem breaking up payments however you need. Just contact me and we will work it out!
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
You will receive your images in an private, password protective digital gallery. All images are high- res, hand edited & available for immediate download to your device.
HOW many images will i get?
My newborn sessions come with 30 digital images of your choice with option to purchase more. I will first send your proof gallery for you to choose your favorites from. Once you've selected, I send your final gallery over for immediate download!
